Just off hwy 97 and pretty easy to get to.
This is the P.S. Ogden View Point. Named after Peter Skene Ogden 1793-1854. In the fall of 1825 Ogden led a Hudson's Bay Co. trapping party on the first recorded journey to Central Ore.....(read the sign for the rest of the story)
This is an awesome canyon with a rest area,picnic area, dog walking area and plenty of parking. Be sure to be careful if you have children or dogs when near the canyon. It has a rock wall but caution is needed anyway and further down the path there is no wall.
This is a ammo can with lots of goodies and a TB.
Cache is about .27 miles from parking lot.
No need to cross any fences to find this cache.
