No need to get off the bridge.
A few years back they re-routed Rip Rap road. It used to cross two bridges to get where it was going. Now both bridges are closed. This one is well maintained even though it goes nowhere.
The placement (and size) has changed slightly since the cache was first placed. The bridge is an extremely popular place. The cache is now placed well out of view of muggles (but still in a typical spot). It would be really good if you could keep it that way.
