Geocache Description:

This cache is located in the Water Works Park just North of I80 and between Dubuque St. and the Iowa River.
It's suitable for walking or cycling. You'll be on a wide paved trail for most of the walk/ride. However there are no established trails near the final cache. You'll need to dress for bushwhacking.

You may need a calculator and for sure something to write on.

STAGE ONE; It's on Foster Road just west of Dubuque St.

There is a large black colored arch that contains a large number. What is the three digit number?

Next, looking at the arch, what time is it?

To find stage two, use the time digits to determine the longitude as though they were one number and subtract 977. The result will be ABC.
The co-ords for stage two are N41 41.ABC For the latitude drop the zero off the large number on the black colored arch and reverse the last two making them D and E. Your result will be W091 33.3DE

Keep your numbers handy as you'll need them for stage two.

In order to get to stage two, you can park at N41 41.050 W091 33.224. You'll find a new hiking/biking trail leading to the west. Your still south of I80.

STAGE TWO; Look up to find a hand written date. Now you're real close. You'll be looking for a camo colored pill bottle with the final question you'll need to answer in order to get the co-ords for the cache.

The cache is a camo colored ammo can that is full of all the usual trinkets.

Happy geocaching.
