Just under a mile round trip - exactly a mile if you take the time and continue to the viewpoint. This is a really cool area. My first experience with Osage-orange trees. And lot of Osage-oranges on the ground...
Park at N41 14.940 W73 56.920. Follow the trails all the way to the cache. Give yourself the treat and continue on the trail to the viewpoint at the end. It's worth it.... There are two more caches in the area. All can be reached by foot and the three together make for a nice walk of just under 5 kilometers... Continue on the red trail southward to reach 'Thirsty Bison' and then onward to 'Another Point of View'. The red trail ends on Montrose Point Road. Follow the road to the end and pickup the Hudson Greenway Trail there...
