Geocache Description:

Eng.
A beautiful and functional old mill, still grinding grain to flour, though it is coarse flour which is good for bun's and to use for breaded fish.

In the time where flour was appearing at the shelves at the groceries the work for the mills man and his son became less and less, so the time was used on other "works". Amongst others they made horses in wood which was set on the big grinding wheel, making it like they were at the races. It must have demanded something to drink to be a mills man, because beer tops in different colours and in fine patterns, a beautifull funny sight, also decorated the mill.

We have together with our children seen the mill several times, and the children has been chilled every time and eagerly listened to the stories every time.
