Pacific Northwest Search and Rescue, Land Navigation Course, Geocach Station 1, Enid Lake on Mount Hood, MT. HOOD NATIONAL FOREST, Near Government Camp, OREGON.

!COORDINATES ARE NAD 27 CONTINENTAL US DATUM TO MATCH THE MAPS IN THE AREA! (MOST MAPS HAVE NOT BEEN UPDATED FOR THIS AREA)
COLEMAN 32 OZ WATER BOTTLE TIED TO A SMALL FIR TREE. MUST DO SOME BUSHWACKING TO FIND THIS ONE. PART OF OUR LAND NAVIGATION AND GPS COURSE. GPS MAY NOT ALWAY WORK IN THIS AREA SO BE PREPARED TO SUPPLEMENT WITH A COMPASS AND MAP. PLEASE DRESS FOR THE WEATHER, TELL SOMEONE WHERE YOU ARE GOING AND PLEASE DO NOT GET LOST OR WE WILL HAVE TO COME FIND YOU
