A cammoed film canister near a water plant.
When placing a cache at the water plant at the end of Chapel Road I met a guy from the water company. He said that this plant is 27 feet higher in elevation than the Chapel road plant, which enables them to move water from this plant to Chapel Road by gravity feed. Cool!
