How Geocaching Works

Please note Use of geocaching.com services is subject to the terms and conditions in our disclaimer.

Geocache Description:

If the store is open, go in and say "hello" and get a GREAT ice cream cone. This was one of mine (Team Us, Pattie's) favorite Sunday (or any day) stops.

No room for items. Please bring your own writing tool. Higher difficulty rating due to the amount of STEALTH required. On some summer days this place is extremely busy. If you cannot reach cache without disturbing customers, please come back another time.

Patti's cache will continue to carry her team name. I would consider her the cacher who got caching started in the Thumb area.

The cache, GC1C33K "Pat, Gone But Not Forgotten" was placed in tribute to a wonderful person and cacher.

This cache is located in Albert E. Sleeper State Park. (You can check the link to see a picture of Pattie.)
