tringabird: A huge construction project will eliminate the place this geocache has been using. Instead of finding the geocache, you can admire the City of Saint Paul's effort to increase the density of this area by adding a four story building that spans the space between Highland Parkway, Cleveland Avenue, and Pinehurst.

Geocache Description:

This geocache is being retired by the owner today, 6 Mar 2016 because this location is about to disappear due to construction of a huge 4 story building. Very easy terrain, probably wheel-chair accessible (not tested for this). Easy find, little tree interference.
There is a major redevelopment scheduled for this site in 2015, so this cache may disappear when construction begins.

Cigar-sized plastic (waterproof) container containing only a logbook and pencil.
