Geocache Description:

A very pleasant stroll along the scenic Northwest Arm.

Although this beautiful walk skirts several private homes, it is a public access path that is officially part of the Fleming Park Trail System.

Now residential and parkland, it was once a thriving business district. For a description of the history check out this provincial webpage. To see the trail map click here.

The cache is just off the trail on ground level. Enter from the trailhead at the boat ramp in Dingle Park at N 44 37.736 W 063 35.744. Do not try to access this trail from Purcell's Cove Road or Boulderwood Road lest you trespass on private land.

The trail is for pedestrians only. It can be slippery and is narrow and rocky in places. Wear good waterproof footwear if it's been raining.
