I got this idea from a geocache that I found in Florida. I didn't read the cache description and pulled up in front of someone's house. The cache was in their front yard. Wow, strange.
Well, this cache is in my yard (actually right behind my yard). I can hear the purests now, "why would we want to go see 'ol Rogheff's yard? What's the appeal to that?"
Simple, Rogheff's yard is a National Daylily Display Garden for the American Hemerocallis Society. The Daylilies are in full bloom from mid-June through mid-August. If you see my truck in the drive, knock on the door, I'll give you a tour.
Oh yeah, the cache...it's really a simple small cache in a rather large, unusual container. I got the idea for the container off the geocaching forums. It's right out in the open.
