Lembro que o "desarquivamento" de uma cache, e a sua eventual consequente reactivação, passa pelo mesmo processo de análise como se fosse uma nova cache, com todas as implicações que as guidelines indicam.

[PT] As porcelanas da Vista Alegre são conhecidas em todo o mundo... o que poucas pessoas sabem é que são feitas numa pequena localidade em Ílhavo (Aveiro), chamada, adivinhe-se "Vista Alegre". Mas nem sempre foi assim... quando José Ferreira Pinto Basto (1774-1839), no ano de 1815 adquiriu a quinta onde agora se encontram as instações da Vista Alegre, esta era denominada Quinta da Ermida.
[EN] The porcelains of "Vista Alegre" are well knowned all-over the world... what most people don't know is that they're done in a small place in Ílhavo (Aveiro), in a place, guess what... named "Vista Alegre". But it hasn't always been like that... whenJosé Ferreira Pinto Basto (1774-1839) , in the year of 1815 bought the farm where "Vista Alegre" is now installed it was named Quinta da Ermida.

[PT] A localização da fábrica junto à Ria de Aveiro não foi ao acaso, uma vez que aqui perto tinham combustíveis, barro e areias brancas e finas necessários para criar os vidros e porcelanas. Poucos anos depois comprou os 40 hectares envolventes e iniciou o seu projecto. Em 1824 foi entregue por D. João IV o alvará que autorizou o funcionamento da "Fábrica da Vista Alegre". Cinco anos passados e a fábrica recebia o título de Real Fábrica, reconhecimento pela arte e sucesso industrial. Até finais do século XIX intensificou a produção e aperfeiçoou a porcelana.
[EN] The location of the factory by the "Ria de Aveiro" did not happen by luck. It was made in such a way because near by it was possible to find fuel, clay, white and thin sands needed for manufacturing the porcelain and glass. Few years later, he bought 40 hectare surrounding the first area and startd his project. The patent authorising the operation of "Vista Alegre" was given in 1824 by D. João IV. Five years later the factory was granted with the "Royal Factory" title honoring its art and industrial success. Until the end of XIX century the production was intensified and porcelain was more perfect than ever.

[PT] Alguns artistas estrangeiros foram importantes para este desenvolvimento e principalmente para a criação da ainda hoje famosa escola de pintura. No início do século XX e até finais da Grande Guerra a fábrica passou por dificuldades, mas o espírito de inovação e criatividade introduzido pelo fundador levou a uma reestruturação e modernização da fábrica. Mais recentemente, na década de 70, a fábrica dá grandes passos na modernização tecnológica e atenção à formação de jovens pintores. Na década de 80 é criado o Gabinete de Criação Artística e Centro de Arte e Desenvolvimento da Empresa. Como consequência desta orientação para a criatividade, nascem diversas séries limitadas e numeradas consideradas entre as melhores peças. Já no século XXI dá-se a fusão com o grupo Atlantis, mantendo-se como a mais emblemática das unidades industriais que compõem o grupo. Apesar de toda a modernização continua a desenvolver e preservar o trabalho à mão.
[EN] Some foreign artists were important for this development, mainly for creating the, still, famous school. In the beginning of the XX century and until the end of world war the factory passed through some difficult times, but with the spirit of innovation and creativity started with its founder, a major reestruction and modernization began. Most recently, by the decade of 70, the factory gives again big steps in technology modernization and takes more attention in training new porcelain painters. In the 80's, it's created the Gabinete de Criação Artística (office for artist creativity) and the Centro de Arte e Desenvolvimento da Empresa (art and development centre). As a consequence of this focus in creativity, some limited and numered pieces are created. Already in the XXI centure, the fusion between Vista Alegre and Atlantis occurs, still keeping Vista Alegre as the most emblematic of the group. Although all of this modernization, Vista Alegre maintains and preserves the hand made porcelain.

[EN] But "Vista Alegre" is not only porcelain. All of the involving area of the factory shows the quality and vision of its founders, with infrastructures that very few companies have: - Theater; - Museum; - Chapel; - Kindergarten; - Canteen; - Social houses; - Medical office...

[PT] Além de todas as condições criadas para os trabalhadores para viverem junto à fábrica, também várias gerações da família Pinto Basto viveram na Vista Alegre, num palácio construído no século XVII, localizado ao lado da Capela e rodeado por jardins.
[EN] Besides all the conditions created for the employers to live close to the factory, also Pinto Basto family lived in Vista Alegre, in a palace from the XVII century.

[PT] A intenção da cache é que passeiem por toda a zona e que tomem atenção aos pequenos pormenores da "Vista Alegre"... e se quiserem partilhar umas fotos ainda melhor. Existe o museu ( horário) e loja (também tem outlet)!! A cada dia 13 existe a feira dos 13!
