Nedaleko obce Paseky nad Proseci byla 22. srpna 2004 otevrena dalsi rozhledna, kterou provozuje Sdruzeni obci Toulovcovy Mastale. Dostala jmeno Terezka a ma jednu hlavni vyhlidkovou plosinu a ctyri mezipatra.

Hlavni vyhlidkova plosina se nachazi ve vysce 25m.
Konstrukce se sklada z kombinace dreva a ocel.
