JoesBar: Kudos! to the twenty seven souls that found this one! The puzzle was really simple. I guess that's why it was so hard. Anyway, it hasn't been found in seven months and it has been in place for two years. So I picked up the cache. Now, if you know where it was hidden, the area is open. [ :)] I think I may use that puzzle type for another cache in the future.

Geocache Description:

The cache is not at the listed coordinates. You will find a good cup of coffee, but there is no help in finding the cache. To find this cache, read the story below and decrypt the proper coordinates.

“CONTROL to Agent 86. CHAOS is active again. Agents from U.N.C.L.E. recently captured the notorious Boris and Natasha. We obtained information from them that CHAOS has set up a dead drop to pass items of utmost priority to national security. Agent 99 has obtained a code that will reveal the location of the container. We know the dead drop is somewhere near North 41°, West 081°. You must decrypt the minutes and decimal minutes.

Your mission, should you choose to accept it, is to decode the location of the drop point. Then proceed there and swap out items to confuse CHAOS. Also, contact Mr. Phelps according to Plan 9. He will set up surveillance to identify CHAOS agents. We will post those pictues in bar restrooms with the note,"For a good time call..."

As always, if you or any member of your team is captured while on this mission, CONTROL will deny any involvement. We will then start a propaganda campaign and blame the minority party in Washington. We will raise the price of gasoline and prevent travelers from taking mouthwash aboard airplanes. If necessary, we will dress in women’s clothing and dance about singing show tunes. Well, maybe not that last part.
