Geocache Description:

Another in a series of geocaches designed to take you to the 12 football venues of the Pacific 12 conference.

The Rose Bowl, the Granddaddy of 'em all. The Rose Bowl game has been held in these her parts since the early 20th century. The Rose Bowl Stadium was first used for the Classic game in 1923, but games were played there by USC in the regular season in 1922.

UCLA has rented the stadium as their home field since 1982. Of course some World Cup and Olympic soccer, many great concert events and more have gone on here. And the National championship game has been played here along with being contested many times in the Rose Bowl game.

The cache is a black bison tube with only a log. The hint is a total give-it-to-you, if you want it.

At any rate, as a point to start, try the area outside the stadium behind the press box, NEAR ENTRANCE F, just like all of the other caches in the series, generally speaking.

watch out for golfers and flying golf balls.
construction appears to be done for now, but of course on swap met or game days it'll be something you'll have to walk to. right on the ground on the fence
