I tried finding this during the late winter when most of the snow was gone but it turned out most of the area was flooded. I thought it might have been in one of the spots that were full and I could not tell. It turns out the marker was not and was probably accessible. Today, being summer, it was much easier to find.

Found the mark. Arrow was not in sight.

Spotted this one from 15 feet away. Easy find.

The arrow is still there.

This was the first BM that we went after. We have seen them around in other places where we have been; but they always seem harder to find once you are looking for them. This one is easy to find, as the city has an arrow pointing to the location.

Very easy to find.
