DESCRIBED BY METRO WATER DISTR SO. CALIFORNIA 1995 (DEL) FROM 91 FRWY GO SOUTH ON LA SIERRA AVE TO CAJALCO ROAD. EAST ON CAJALCO ROAD APPROXIMATELY 1.4 MILES (2.3 KM). A STANDARD MWDSC 3 INCH BRASS DISK STAMPED LM 49 1995 SET FLUSH IN TOP OF AN 8 INCH DIAMETER CONCRETE POST 0.3 FOOT (9.1 CM) ABOVE GROUND LOCATED 49 FEET (14.9 M) NORTH OF CENTERLINE OF CAJALCO ROAD AND 2.8 FEET (0.9 M) EASTERLY OF AN ANGLE POINT IN THE 6 FOOT (1.8 M) HIGH CHAIN LINK FENCE WITH 3 STRAND BARBED WIRE ON TOP. A CARSONITE WITNESS POST 2 FEET (0.6 M) EAST. REF MWD FB 2513 02 069.

  • The horizontal coordinates were scaled from a topographic map and have an estimated accuracy of +/- 6 seconds.
  • The orthometric height was determined by differential leveling and adjusted by the National Geodetic Survey in August 1997.
  • The geoid height was determined by GEOID99.
  • The dynamic height is computed by dividing the NAVD 88 geopotential number by the normal gravity value computed on the Geodetic Reference System of 1980 (GRS 80) ellipsoid at 45 degrees latitude (G = 980.6199 gals.).
  • The modeled gravity was interpolated from observed gravity values.
