Found LIVERMORE EAST BASE RM4 in good condition. The mark is stamped "LIVERMORE EAST BASE NO 4 1947 1976". I've posted the coordinates calculated from the precise location data provided by the datasheet for HS3513. The telephone pole is still in place, although the wires strung to it have long since disappeared, and the witness sign on the pole is in good condition.
