It looks like a new sidewalk was laid in this area with care being taken not to cover this disk with concrete.
Station is located as described, one block (more or less) along Roland Avenue southwest of Northern Parkway. Disk will be on the left as you travel down Roland from Northern Parkway and is approximately across from the driveway leading to the grand house at number 5408.

View from the southwest. Arrow indicates disk in sidewalk, just past patriotic fire hydrant. Private school is to the right. Northern Parkway intersection is in the distance. Base of light pole 30308 appears to be located at top of hydrant.

The disk is still there, embedded in the sidewalk. The other landmarks are also present, including metal utility pole 30308, although most poles in the vicinity have no numbers. "X511" is spray-painted in orange on the curb next to the disk, though it's fading. The disk reads "City of Baltimore Bureau of Plans and Surveys, Survey Marker, $100 fine for disturbing this mark." There's another city marker, not listed on geocaching.com, to the south of this one, in the sidewalk at the N.E. corner of Roland and Colorado, in front of Eddie's Market grocery. That one is under a mini-manhole cover marked "City of / Survey Point / Baltimore".
