DESCRIBED BY NATIONAL GEODETIC SURVEY 1973 IN GUY. AT GUY, 0.5 MILE SOUTHWEST ALONG AN ASPHALT ROAD FROM THE JUNCTION OF STATE HIGHWAY 36 AND FARM ROAD 1994, AT THE JUNCTION OF A GRAVELED ROAD SOUTHEAST, 38 FEET NORTHWEST OF THE CENTER LINE OF THE ROAD, 26 FEET NORTHEAST OF THE EXTENDED CENTER LINE OF THE ROAD SOUTHEAST, 77 FEET NORTHWEST AND ACROSS THE ROAD FROM A T JUNCTION POWER POLE, 108 FEET SOUTHWEST OF THE CENTER LINE OF A DRIVEWAY NORTHWEST TO A HOUSE NO. 13430, 1 1/2 FEET SOUTHEAST OF A FENCE CORNER, 1 1/2 FEET NORTHEAST OF A POWER POLE, 2.0 FEET SOUTHEAST OF A FENCE, 1.6 FEET SOUTHWEST OF A WITNESS POST, ABOUT 1 1/2 FEET LOWER THAN THE ROAD, A DISK ON THE TOP OF A 5/8-INCH COPPER COATED ROD DRIVEN TO GRADUAL REFUSAL AT A DEPTH OF 16 FEET. THE UPPER PORTION OF THE ROD IS ENCASED IN A CONCRETE POST FLUSH WITH THE GROUND.

  • The horizontal coordinates were scaled from a topographic map and have an estimated accuracy of +/- 6 seconds.
  • The NAVD 88 height was computed by applying the VERTCON shift value to the NGVD 29 height (displayed under SUPERSEDED SURVEY CONTROL.) The vertical order pertains to the superseded datum.
  • The geoid height was determined by GEOID99.
