Found this one about 457 ft away from the coordinates according to my readings. The description helped quite a bit. The building is now the City Hall building and it is located at the SW corner of the building in the alley between the City Hall building and Hibernia (Capital One) Bank. I walked away from it and walked back three times and got the same reading each time. The waypoint I am entering are the coordinates that should be used to locate. Good Luck!
