MPBM

Our English is not perfect, we use Google Translate to help us ...

We start a trip on November 3 that will last three weeks and that will lead us to discover new places while doing some Geocaching ... We spent three days in San Francisco ... We knew we could not see everything, but it certainly gave us the taste to come back to visit this beautiful city ... We moved in Hop on Hop off, which allowed us to know a little the history of this city, to visit the Alcatraz Island and walk to discover some caches ... Geocaching often makes us discover beautiful places ...

Yesterday, we flew to spend two days in your area where we joined our friends jgsepromene ... Today we took Old Town Trolley to do a city tour, we visited the aircraft carrier USS Midway and managed to sign some caches ... In a word, we had a beautiful day ... Tomorrow we will go on a cruise with our friends for a period of two weeks, which will make us discover new countries .. We will make stops at Sabo San Lucas, Mexico - Puerto Vallarta, Mexico - Puerto Quetzal, Guatemala - Puntarenas, Costa Rica - Colon, Panama - Cartagena, Colombia and we will end in Fort Lauderdale, Florida before returning to our corner of the country. .. We will certainly discover beautiful places that the geocachers of different cities will want to show us while trying to sign some caches ...

Thank you for creating these caches that allowed us to add smiles to our profile, to achieve our personal goals and to discover new places ... Favorites will be added here and there for all the work done ... TFBM

Can't verify that this is the original flagpole, but it's in the area described so chances are it is.

We spent a few days in San Diego exploring the historical sights, caching, and waymarking along the way. Thanks for adding to our fun!

I work right across the street and never knew this flagpole was a benchmark. Here is a photo from my office. We are moving tomorrow, so I figured I better log this one.

Taken from 20th floor of 225 Broadway, across the street.

I was released from Jury duty early and decided to walk around the downtown area loookin4 BM's on this beautiful San Diego afternoon. I, of course, espied this one from the streets below.

Discovered it while staying at the Westgate on a business trip. Found by description, not coordinates.

Saw this one while we were staying in San Diego for vacation.

Found it together with Dekotaubi and Darkpommes...

We're staying right across the street at the Grant so this was an easy find for us!

used to work almost next door. never knew it was a benchmark until today

Drive by it every couple of days, another "might as well log it."

Found while driving through town

Found it.

Found it, just like everyone before me.

On a drive-by just to make sure it was still standing in the same location.

Located 1110.

Sighted this one from an adjacent building. Benchmark logged by descritpion only, not co-ordinates.

Another "find" of something that I've been staring at for years from the adjacent San Diego Trolley station.

Well it is still there. Was not able to get up to the top, but could see it plainly with my binocs from an adjacent buliding roof.
