As past photos prove, which I did not see until after I went looking for this BM, the BM no longer exists, however the witness post still stands?

I can only assume this was removed in an act of vandalism.

Witness Pole still standing, Benchmark MIA

Was looking for this today and since the roads and hospital are new, I'm guessing that the landscapers moved this marker because nothing resembles the previous finders pictures.

Walked in from the east through a big ditch that would normally be a wash. Lots and lots of cow patty's out here... hundreds of them is an understatement. I arrived at ground zero to see nothing. Then I saw the idiot proof 4 foot pole about 200 feet away and there next to it was an 18 inch high slab of concrete with the bench mark on top of that. It is still in good condition.
