Mark on private property behind a chain link fence topped with razor with and guarded by a dog. Pass.

Recovered as described, in good condition. '...a thorough search' apparently did not include actually looking at the spot '20 ft. east of the southwest corner of the building'. The building is no longer a church, but has been taken over by a private business, with access through a gate on the north side of the property.
