Found this morning with Supercheeseburger, same photos. Our photos show the tower has been upgraded.

Tower view off Short Rd.

Easily visible from nearby.

Found it while in town for a nephew's birthday party. It was getting late, but I still got a picture.

It still exists. No pic, sorry.

Found at nite, while driving home from on Oceanside Conference. It was lit up with red lights.

Stoped by the area while on March ARB for training.

This one still has an entry gate so I didn't get real cloase. Picture is taken from end of road by recreation complex and ball fields.

New control tower, as described, except it is now the March Air Reserve Base (ARB). At the base for a recent Air Show.

photoThe whole tower, from the flightline side.
photoThe tower top
The station is the top center, which seems to be flat (?). I guess, as it is an intersection station, a surveyor can just center on the tower from any direction.

Didn't climb to the top, but stood at the western base of the tower. The center of which would have been approx 10' behind me.
