Found this one today. Will post pictures but it is exactly like secondgunman's pictures.

Late log, but I found this one several months ago. The mark is intact though there's a bunch of mud under the logo cap. The mark is now near two utility poles, one that's full size and still in use, the other is cut off and basically acts as a witness post at this point. It's wrapped in orange tape in my photos.

DESCRIBED BY NATIONAL GEODETIC SURVEY 1989 IN FORT SMITH, AT THE INTERSECTION OF NORTH P STREET AND BALLMAN ROAD, IN BEDROCK 0.3 M (1.0 FT) BELOW THE GROUND SURFACE ACCESS TO WHICH IS THROUGH A 5-INCH LOGO CAP, 44.0 M (144.4 FT) SOUTHEAST OF THE EXTENDED CENTER OF THE ROAD, 12.4 M (40.7 FT) NORTHEAST OF THE CENTER OF THE STREET, 1.3 M (4.3 FT) NORTHWEST OF A UTILITY POLE, AND 0.3 M (1.0 FT) BELOW THE LEVEL OF THE STREET.

  • The horizontal coordinates were scaled from a topographic map and have an estimated accuracy of +/- 6 seconds.
  • The orthometric height was determined by differential leveling and adjusted by the National Geodetic Survey in June 1991.
  • The geoid height was determined by GEOID99.
  • The dynamic height is computed by dividing the NAVD 88 geopotential number by the normal gravity value computed on the Geodetic Reference System of 1980 (GRS 80) ellipsoid at 45 degrees latitude (G = 980.6199 gals.).
  • The modeled gravity was interpolated from observed gravity values.
