The description and mini-map put this benchmark west of University at the old football stadium. That location is presumably the baseball stadium. The coordinates are near the public entrance of the new football stadium, on the east side of University. I'm confused, but future searching might be worthwhile.

TURN RIGHT AND GO SOUTH ON UNIVERSITY AVENUE FOR 0.15 MILE TO AN ENTRANCE TO THE PARKING AREA ON THE LEFT. TURN LEFT, GO NORTHEAST ACROSS THE PARKING AREA TO GATE NO. 5 TO THE STADIUM. PASS THROUGH THE GATE, PACK EAST, THEN NORTH UP A CONCRETE RAMP FOR ABOUT 150 FEET TO THE STATION.
THE STATION MARK IS A STANDARD DISK STAMPED STADIUM 1969, SET IN THE TOP OF A 12-INCH CYLINDRICAL CONCRETE MONUMENT WHICH PROJECTS 5 INCHES ABOVE THE GROUND. IT IS 6 FEET SOUTHWEST OF THE MOST SOUTHERLY FLOOD LAMP POLE, 0.8 OF A FOOT SOUTH OF A CONCRETE SIDEWALK AND 0.7 OF A FOOT WEST OF A CONCRETE SIDEWALK.
REFERENCE MARK 1 IS A STANDARD DISK STAMPED STADIUM NO 1 1969, CEMENTED IN A DRILL HOLE IN THE TOP OF A CONCRETE WALL ON THE WEST SIDE OF THE STADIUM. IT IS 6.7 FEET EAST-NORTHEAST OF A FLOOD LAMP POLE.
REFERENCE MARK 2 IS A STANDARD DISK STAMPED STADIUM NO 2 1969, CEMENTED IN A DRILL HOLE IN THE TOP OF THE CONCRETE WALL ON THE WEST SIDE OF THE STADIUM. IT IS 26 FEET SOUTH-SOUTHEAST OF THE FLOOD LAMP POLE.
HEIGHT OF LIGHT ABOVE STATION MARK 1.6 METERS.
- The horizontal coordinates were established by classical geodetic methods and adjusted by the National Geodetic Survey in December 1993.
- The NAVD 88 height was computed by applying the VERTCON shift value to the NGVD 29 height (displayed under SUPERSEDED SURVEY CONTROL.)
- The Laplace correction was computed from DEFLEC99 derived deflections.
- The geoid height was determined by GEOID99.
