Survey Disk 3844.58 is no longer in its original setting, and should be considered destroyed. This is located at Milepost 543.0 of U.S. Highway 89A. As noted from 2004, the concrete with this mark has been pulled up, then laid on its side to be used as rip rap for the culvert.

Recovered in questionable condition. The headwall is now on it's side and moved several feet to the north. See photos. It probably should be classified as destroyed.

You can see the headwall has been moved to the left and rotated so the disk is on the side now and not the top.
