Benchmark is an easy find but it is fairly scratched up, enough to make the numbers hard to read.

Thanks!

Found it.. Hard to miss it.
The people at the Thursday Night Marketplace looked at us a little odd..

found this looking for a cache in the area. surprised to find one here.

Easy find, in fact you could sit on it.

I've ran across this benchmark quite a few times over the years. I used to work on the building when it was being converted from the county courthouse into a boutique mall. The county moved out of the building in 1976 and the city leased it to developer Max Walden in 1979 when the city decided to restore its past instead of tearing it down. The sign on the south end of the building still says that it is the County of Kings Courthouse and every now and again someone will come around looking to pay a traffic ticket. There is a merry-go-round to the south-west of the building in the park.
