Easy to find in the grassy strip between the sidewalk and the street. The mark is dirty - because it's in the dirt - but it's legible and in decent shape.

It is in pretty good shape.

I know I've found and photographed this benchmark before, but it must have fallen through the cracks like some other BMs and caches... So today I returned and snapped a new pic of it. I used Markens' coordinates. Mrk is in good condition.

Found on a walk with my husband. It took a minute to suss out the directions, but it was easily found once we made sense of them.
