Not a hard one to find.

Mrhuffman85 told me to look at it, and I did then he said it's a benchmark, never knew it was lol.

mrhuffman85 pointed this out to be a benchmark to me today while out caching

I have seen this one a few times, many was when I attended State back in 2005. I noticed it again on I-64 comming back from Charleston.

Still there from when I took classes there back in the stone ages.

Azimuth marks are easier to locate(usually) than NGS disks.

This is my alma mater. I posted a find to the water tower locationless cache for this water tower a couple of years ago. See my log at http://www.geocaching.com/seek/log.aspx?LUID=67bf9047-60e5-4669-b31a-3f78f0cf38a5

I didn't realize it was also a benchmark!

another one overlooked for years.

I drove past this tank tonight to get a look at this station. I never realized just how big WV State College is until I drove back here. I'm just logging this as a note for now since it was too dark on the top for me to see the ball that's described as the point. I'll return soon during the day with my camera to log this as a find.

Every geocaher that drives down I64 west of Charleston sees this one.

I have been to WVSC several times but I didn't know the tank was a BM.
