The description appears to put the disk - stamped G 204 RESET 1974 (note date) - under the bridge, with no obvious safe access from the road. I did not look for or see this disk.

I did see a later reset disk.

At the same bridge (structure A-1795) is a disk stamped G 204 RESET 1977 at the southwest corner adjacent to JC1815, CHISELED SQUARE.

It is unclear whether the second reset was monumented because the 1974 disk was lost, or just because the older disk was not readily accessible.

I could not see a safe way for this old man to get down to where the description pointed. However near PID JC1815 (CHISELED SQUARE), I did find a G 204 RESET. It is dated 1977 though and does not appear to be in our GeoCaching database. This RESET benchmark is in the Southwest corner of the Hwy 66 bridge (A1795) over the RR. The old hwy 66 there is now called East Fifth street and dead-ends just east of the bridge. The lat. / lon. are from a quick reading of my handheld recreational GPS (Magellan Meridian Gold) at this newer (1977) RESET benchmark. My GPS elevation was 515 ft.
