I found this as a bonus along with GC1Y3M6 TMP - Airbus. After nearly 2,000 logs this is my first benchmark.

On my way to Mingo! Anything else I find is just gravy. This qualifies. In great shape.

Headed east today with Barasaur and TinyTuttle to work on filling in our county maps and add some state maps. I myself got two new states, maybe 13 counties, and a sore backside form riding for 14 hours or 880 miles. Awesome trip, awesome company and some really great caches. Thanks for all the caches for us to find.

found while out geocaching , thanks

Took the day to make a drive to get counties. We covered 880 miles over 18 hours and gathered around 46 caches on the day. That equates to 2.5 caches per hour, and roughly 19 miles between caches. We covered from Fort Collins to Oklahoma, Texas and New Mexico as well. What a full and fun day.

Disc is in good shape.

Nice to get a two fer!

Picked up my wife's parental units in Rock Springs, Wyoming for delivery to Tomball, Texas. Long drive but luckily I was able to grab a few caches along the way to break up the trip a bit. Thanks for this cache.

We went on a road trip today to see The Sand Creek Massacre Historic Site and had to do some caching on the way there and back. Nice and cold and rainy today, but that didn't stop us. TFTC and Benchmark.

Control Text

  • The horizontal coordinates were established by GPS observations and adjusted by the National Geodetic Survey in April 1997.
  • The orthometric height was determined by differential leveling and adjusted by the National Geodetic Survey in June 1991.
  • The X, Y, and Z were computed from the position and the ellipsoidal ht.
  • The Laplace correction was computed from DEFLEC99 derived deflections.
  • The ellipsoidal height was determined by GPS observations and is referenced to NAD 83.
  • The geoid height was determined by GEOID99.
  • The dynamic height is computed by dividing the NAVD 88 geopotential number by the normal gravity value computed on the Geodetic Reference System of 1980 (GRS 80) ellipsoid at 45 degrees latitude (G = 980.6199 gals.).
  • The modeled gravity was interpolated from observed gravity values.
