I found this one while I was in the area doing a multi.

RECOVERED BY DRDEAN 2005 IN GOOD CONDITION.

This looks like a cleaned-up version of 47DAD47's find. Passerbys in cars gave us quizzical glances, probably wondering why we were taking photos of what appeared to them as the sidewalk.

My coordinates are good within 26 feet and are at 50 feet altitude.

Benchmark is described as ALONG STATE HIGHWAY 24 ...AT SACRAMENTO, IN THE TOP OF THE NORTH END OF THE EAST CURB OF THE OVERPASS OF THE HIGHWAY OVER THE SOUTHERN PACIFIC RAILROAD YARDS.

Don't go on the modern overpasses. Pedestrians are not allowed and you could get killed. Besides, the benchmark is not up there. It is on the Jibboom Street entrance to the I Street Bridge. Jibboom Street overpass is no longer the big overpass in the area. The newer overpasses have supersized it into smallness.

Don't leave yet. JS2311 and JS2312 are nearby!
