I strongly suspect this one was destroyed then replaced by AI3513 when the bridge/culvert was rebuilt.

DESCRIBED BY COAST AND GEODETIC SURVEY 1947 5.3 MI E FROM HAMILTON. 4.3 MILES SOUTHEAST ALONG THE BALTIMORE AND OHIO RAILROAD FROM THE STATION, THENCE ABOUT 1.0 MILE NORTH ALONG GILMORE ROAD, ABOUT 0.25 MILE SOUTH OF THE INTERSECTION OF BOBMYER ROAD, ABOUT 88 YARDS SOUTH OF THE CROSSING OF THE PENNSYLVANIA RAILROAD, SET IN THE TOP OF THE SOUTHEAST WING WALL OF A 25-FOOT CONCRETE BRIDGE, 11 FEET EAST OF THE CENTER LINE OF GILMORE ROAD, 1 FOOT EAST OF THE CONCRETE BANISTER AND 0.5 FOOT ABOVE THE ROAD.

  • The horizontal coordinates were scaled from a topographic map and have an estimated accuracy of +/- 6 seconds.
  • The orthometric height was determined by differential leveling and adjusted by the National Geodetic Survey in June 1991.
  • The geoid height was determined by GEOID99.
  • The dynamic height is computed by dividing the NAVD 88 geopotential number by the normal gravity value computed on the Geodetic Reference System of 1980 (GRS 80) ellipsoid at 45 degrees latitude (g = 980.6199 gals.).
  • The modeled gravity was interpolated from observed gravity values.
