Passed this by on a much earlier trek, so I remembered this and we came back to log it.

Cool! Never seen these before.. Still not sure what it is!!

Found this with Ryclops11 today as we were searching for "Besides the point" Interesting how this was used to find the cache.

Found while geocaching looking for Beside the Point. I love finding BMs!!!

Found the benchmark plus RM No.1 and RM No.2

Found this one when searching for the GEOCACHE called Beside the Point. This is my first bench mark log.

I've seen these before but never logged a find before. Found this one as part of a geocache called Beside the Point.

Found this one after finding Randolph Riches, kids were with me. The boys ride bikes in the area and took me to this off the main path spot to show me the mountain the like to "fly down", walked to the top and was stoked to find this!

Very cool. We enjoyed finding this benchmark - our first one - while on the hunt for Besides the Point. We'll have to find more of these in the future.

Found this while caching in NJ today!

Found the disk and reference marker 1 while caching in the area.

found while looking for geo cach

Ditto CS&C - first benchmark that I have remembered to log. YAY!

My second benchmark! I hope I don't make a habit of these things.

Found while looking for Besides the point.

Found while investigating a multi- in great condition.

Logging my benchmark find as part of Beside the Point.

Same as everyone else...

Refind for the benchmarking Poker Fun Run. (Plus I didn't look for the two references marks then.) Found all three.

Found during Beside The Point. The tree had fallen recently. Did anyone hear it?

On the way to this stage of Beside the Point, we walked right up to the Beside the Point final, then continued to this BM afterwards.

found it searching a cache, just as all the rest.

Found while doing the Besides The Point Geocache. Great shape and excellent location

Nice bonus while finding the multi in this park. Our first benchmark!

Found as part of a multi. Nice little extra.

Hard to miss this one, as it is part of a multi.

Found this as part of another cache (virtual stage). Also noted a second survey disk about 50 feet away @ 40 50.439, 074 34.621 (see photos of both), this set in cement, the other set in a boulder.

Did this one with The Walking Man. I didn't have a geocache name at the time, so I guess I was a muggle. I really enjoyed reading the old description for finding the location of the benchmark.

Forgot to bring the camera. But nice benchmark.

I got this one as N40 50.435 W 74 34.632, but using the coords given you can't miss it - the orange post in the middle of the woods is a dead giveaway. GUERIN is clearly readable, though digits across the bottom are scratched out. Enjoy.

The first time I was at this location I was not looking for benchmarks but stumbled on what I thought was the Guerin benchmark. When I got back to log it I read Harry Dolphin's log and realized that I had seen Reference Point #1 instead of the benchmark. Went back today and located the true benchmark. I'm including a picture of the reference point since Harry already supplied pictures of the benchmark.

Decided I needed to bag a cache and a benchmark after work today. This one is in the Randolph Park System, just off one of the trails, not far from Randolph Riches Cache. It's quite obvious with the sentinal post!
