Quick grab

Well, what do you know, 1 year later and I am here again on vacation. The week after labor day is the time to go, crowds are gone, and its still warm. We were staying at a nearby hotel, and when we got up to leave in the morning I noticed a quite surprising sight. The benchmark is being painted! We quickly drove over and where able to see the "historic painters" working on the steeple. Looks pretty dangerous to me.

Their truck said "Historic Painters" - go figure.
photoI find this just amazing.

Drove by on our way to stay at the Centerville Corners Inn, figured it had to be a benchmark, and what do you know, it is.
