Yay! my first logged benchmark! I first found this several years ago when just here on a lunch break from school. I recently saw a post on fb about being able to log these and I was completely aghast that you could log these on here. (apparently I do not play with this site enough.) It made me sad as I had just been out to the grand canyon at christmas time and didn't even know I could log that I had been to that benchmark. It took me a minute to find this one as I was trying to follow the advise on the signs, but had to ignore that to be able to log this one. My memory from several years back served me right in locating this one. :)

Quite a few on them in this area. I too grew up close by and use to look at them as a kid. Nice to see there still there.
I was here for a cache and figured why not ad one of these to the list. I enjoy some of the data on them. Interesting.

A beautiful winter day at Eastern Point.

Visiting the area today and found several benchmarks. Grew up in this area. We must have walked over this years ago but never knew what it was. Didn't have the camera with us today.

An easy one to find.

An easy find near one of our own caches, with two reference marks to boot!
