Still have a cache we cannot find here but loved the lighthouse and the grounds.

Saw this while caching in the area.

Found it!

Found it while caching. I also found a small marker stating "USCG R&DC Nongeodetic 13" a few feet south of the structure.

Still Standing

Nice day for a walk along the shore. Found this while looking for a closeby cache.

Easy find. Just wish the cache nearby was as easy. Too much snow, I suppose.

Found this while hunting nearby for geocache. Beautiful spot! Our first benchmark; never found the cache.

The weather was in the 40's and a great day to be outside.

Found this benchmark while we were trying to locate a nearby cache.

Found while searching for nearby geocache.

Found it while caching!

Never realized until now that this was an actual benchmark...interesting. Logging this find over a year after the fact! I placed a cache within yards of this BM on the day of this log.

Also wondering what Benchmark I found nearby (see photo). Doesn't appear to be in the registry of BM's...

photoAnyone know if this is a true benchmark?

Was actually looking for a benchmark while taking a walk in the area...there usually is one around lighthouses.

Currently the light house is being refurbished.Base looks completed only light and roof must be added to complete.

One of many on our trip through MA, CT, RI. More of an homage to lighthouses rather than a "real" lighthouse.
