ABOUT 2.1 MILES SOUTHWEST ALONG ARCHER AVENUE (STATE HIGHWAY 4A) FROM THE PUBLIC SCHOOL AT SUMMIT, ON THE SOUTHEAST HIGHWAY RIGHT-OF-WAY ALONG A LINE OF TELEPHONE POLES, RIGHT AT THE NORTHEAST CITY LIMITS OF THE VILLAGE OF JUSTICE, 63.5 FEET EAST OF THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF A COMBINATION BRICK WALL AND IRON GRILLE FENCE, 31 FEET SOUTHEAST OF THE CENTER LINE OF STATE HIGHWAY 4A AND 16 FEET NORTHWEST OF A FENCE LINE.
