Found it while visiting the Bicentennial Tower with our daughter, Princess116. I had not found a benchmark is forever so I figured I would make this grab as well.

Easy find along with the associated cache. Thanks

I love these two-fer caches/benchmarks! I have found a few such caches in VA and was thrilled to see this one oh so close to the one spot Mr. SeeKPeeKRs and I had time to visit while in Erie. A great cache to find RIGHT ON the benchmark.

Saw this while geo-caching in the area.

Saw this while caching in the area.

Found while searching for the geocache hidden at the stack. Honestly, the condition of the stack kept me from wanting to linger too long in its shadow as I could easily envision pieces of this deteriorating structure raining down on my head. Kind of surprised it hasn't been demolished as a potential threat to public safety.

Amazing. I felt dwarfed standing next to this structure.

We spotted this benchmark when finding the cache that is on it.

Although I started geocaching about 7 years ago, I've never really looked much into benchmarks. Seeing as how I can see this structure from my apartment, it just may be the item that gets me started!

Thanks for the two for one. Nice and interesting
