Saw it from the coast

Spotted this one while on a Nature Cruise around Frenchman Bay.

found this while driving to schoodic

Recovered in good condition at described location. The house next to the light was being inhabited by at least one man and dog on the day I sailed by.

This is a very beautiful setting with a number of islands and ledges and harbors around it.

This view looks West as you begin to enter the harbors

TFTF Found a good view of it by driving over to Schoodic Point road in. Took photo through binoculars. Curious why, on 6/30/1995, it was described as a NGS Benchmark in poor condition.
