A bit of a wait at the parking lot, but spotting the lighthouse was easy enough.

Getting the hang of benchmarking. Found this one on a short hike to get the virtual.

Visited while on a winter trip to photograph the lighthouses of Maine - no snow, but still a worthwhile trip.

Found while driving the Island.

Out geocaching with SLJ and stopped by to see the light.

My boss, the Group Commander lived here until June 2006. The Group (kinda like a Battalion HQ for Eatern Maine CG Stations and cutters) was downsized and merged with Portland. All Maine, NH, and VT CG units now work for the Sector Commander in So. Portland. A Petty Officer will get to live here for now.

staying right near here for the summer, so easy find.

Found in good condition while geocaching.

Visited this one with TrailNix and other guests. Classic Maine.

Have been here before. Have several calendars using this benchmark.

Thank you Nature The fog finally lifed and I can verify that it is still there. Seen from Manset Shore

Arrived before the "official" opening of the area (Only open 9AM to Sunset) . Raced down to the lighthouse for the virt. cache and neglected to take a picture while the Coast Guard watched and waited for me to exit the area. Lighthouse is still standing and awaiting future use.
