We found this while looking for the Geocache and climbed the fire tower

Up from Ma visiting friends doing some beaching with WendaAnd friend,

Found this while at the top here. Stop and had some lunch.

Found this after a great hike up to the summit! On the way to find a 2001 geocache!

Found this one after coming down the stairs of the tower. Quick find.

Found this while up hiking the trail and grabbing the caches. Great view from the tower.

easy find.

Found while on a hike with the cubscouts

Found this one while on a hike with the Manchester Cub Scouts. Beautiful day for a hike. Picked up a bunch of trash while exploring the area.

I found this benchmark accidentally today.

Benchmark found accidentally after a hike up to the Firetower.

nice hike

Found this one while out caching. Prominently displayed at the base of the tower.

Found this guy prominently displayed at the base of the tower. That was easy. :)

found benchmark and the 2 reference marks around fire tower....nice!

SAW THREE MARKS UP AT THE TOWER

1st Benchmark. Happened to meet some friends at the base and hiked with them and shared Geocaching with their sons.

What a gorgeous day to climb a mountain! It was clear and warm, but breezy enough to keep the bugs away! We did encounter several large dragonflies though. One hovered a half inch from my face. We also saw several toads and ate blackberries. There should be many more ripening over the next week!

Our first benchmark, although we've been up here several times, including to find the cache that's here.

Ack ack!

Found my first benchmark a day after reading about them. Jim and I went to Pisgah tower and found what we assumed were benchmarks. Interesting new concept which will make me more aware.
MARTES

Found multiple benchmarks and inscriptions at summit.

Found this one with the Pisgah Firetower.

Very easy find with gorgeous views that are hard to beat in the area.

Found this and RM-2. Didn't see RM-1, either just missed it or maybe it was stolen, saw a spot where one might have been, although I think they would be hard to remove, but there was some other vandalism up there so hard to tell.

An easy find after a beautiful walk up to the tower.

Easy benchmark to find, right under the tower. There were actually a few here. This is my first benchmark!

Right underneath the fire tower, with three others on the rocks nearby. I had 44 18.363N 070 01.437W at 802 ft.

Found it on our way to Mt. Pisgah Cache. Located 2 others nearby.

Found 3 survey disks at the base of the tower.

As the description suggests, there are two markers at the top of Mt. Pisgah. Looks like I found the other one. My photo shows marker RM-2. I went up to find the Mt. Pisgah cache and stumbled upon this marker by chance.
