This station is destroyed. The tower near the published coordinates is a new tower, constructed in the early 2000s at a part of the state police 800 MHz system. It is a galvanized, unpainted self-supporting tower, registered to the state of Michigan.

Two other towers in the general vicinity are painted orange and white and match the general description. However, their coordinates place them each over 100 feet from the published coordinates for this station. ASR searches show them registered to Optasite Towers and Results Broadcasting. FCC records show both were constructed well after this station was observed in 1954.
