Found in good condition as described.
The EPE of my GPS got worse as I got close to the building, but still, the scaled coordinates seemed to be 80-90 feet off.
The Minnesota Dept. of Transportation description from 2004 is as follows:
IN ALEXANDRIA, IN SILL AT JLG ARCHITECTURE, AT THE INTERSECTION OF BROADWAY AND SIXTH AVENUE, 146.0 FEET NORTH OF SIXTH AVENUE, 45.0 FEET EAST OF BROADWAY, IN FRONT OF THE STORE OF F.E. AND GEORGE RAITER, 9.0 FEET SOUTH OF THE MIDDLE OF THE DOORWAY, 7.5 FEET NORTH OF THE SOUTH SIDE OF THE BUILDING, IN THE TOP SURFACE OF A SANDSTONE SILL, 0.25 FOOT FROM THE OUTER EDGE OF THE SILL, 0.25 FOOT HIGHER THAN THE SIDEWALK.

It was interesting to find this benchmark, as I have passed it countless times, but never noticed it. The buildings downtown prevented my GPS from getting good satellite reception, so I took a reading from the curb with an accuracy of +/-30.4 ft. My GPS read 1430 ft at this location.
The benchmark is at the bottom of the building to the left of the doorway.
