Found it.® Found a dolphin with the dolphin! We went on a benchmarking expedition to where I grew up, on Coney Island.

Dolphin has not found a dolphin. Seagate is a gated community of Hasidic Jews, with a guard for vehicular traffic. Signs bilingual in English and Russian. There seems to be no impediment to foot traffic. Photos taken from the seawall at Beach 50th Street.
After due consideration, the picture is not of a dolphin. The dolphin was closer to the breakwater. The dolphins have gone to the great fish fest in the sky.
