The cache is located near a pleasant trail which can be reached by parking near the boat ramp.  Two Mile Run County Park has super woods, a nice campground, and a pleasant lake.  The 4/4 terrain is overrated.  The cache is more like a D1 1/2 - T3.

Nice rock area for the final.  This is a good place for native wildflowers.  On your way to the cache, you will walk along abandoned railroad tracks for part of the way.  These are the old tracks used by the Knox and Kinzua Railroad before the Kinzua Viaduct was destroyed by a tornado.

Nice walk through some of the historical area of Oil Creek.  Passing the oil derricks will give a real feel for what the region must have looked like with the hillsides covered in oil rigs and the trees gone.  The hike is steep, but the trail is solid.  There is a nice view of the valley from the top.  If you are lucky enough to be here when the trail pulls through the horn echoes through the valley.

Great Rocks! The early part of your journey is a forest road.  The last part is through rock formations.  This is a difficult rock hide near some very tall rock formations.  If you are not afraid of heights and the ladder is still there, you can have a lot of fun near the cache site.  Oh, I almost forgot...  there is a question of the Bigfoot sightings...

This is a super walk through very tall (and sometimes narrow rock structures.  You will be very near a nice valley overlook when you are at ground zero.  The terrain is underrated.  This should be a 3.

Our favorite hiking cache in Oil Creek.  This is a super stretch of the Gerard Hiking Trail.  The walk is worth a visit to the suspension bridge.  If you take the Gerard Hiking Trail and not the bike trail, the terrain is under-rated.  It is a T3.  The overall distance is somewhere between 4 and 5 1/2 miles depending on the path you take.

These are the only falls I have ever visited which can truly be walked behind.  The terrain from parking to the Hector Falls is pretty mild.  The path from the falls to the cache is uphill and challenging.  This is about a 2-mile round trip. There is an earthcache at the falls.

The cache is a easy one, but the location carries it.  The area by the veterans memorial has one of the more scenic views in the area.  The cemetery is sunrise/sunset only, but the view of the sun heading down is super.  While you are at the cache, you will be a couple hundred feet from the grave of the founder of Youngsville.  He is also a Revolutionary War veteran offering a potential Waymarking visit.  There is a sign on the cemetery drive pointing to his grave.

Very nice falls! It is overrated at a 4 terrain, but the trail can be slippery.  This is a great place to stop by the falls and have your lunch. 1/2 mile round trip.  There is an AGT-Forest cache nearer the trail head.

This is one of the most popular hikes in the ANF.  If you take the blazed trail from the base of the road across from the parking area, you will have a great hike through huge rocks in the overlook area.  The hike is strenuous.  There appears to be an easier way using an old road.

There are three caches in the Neanderthal series.  If you are looking for fun and adventure, these are great.  You need to know your limitations when you go for these.  Knowing how to use the topo map on your gps will be essential.  If you choose the wrong way, you may not make it.  When you are at water level, the streams are great enjoy.  Leave at least three hours for the journey.  You really don't want to be tired and coming back with sunset approaching.  It is way too easy to get injured here.

The cache takes you on a tour of the historic areas of Titusville.  There's lots of great old buildings and many Waymarks to visit as you look back at the buildings funded with early oil money.  The puzzle is well written and final coords are good.

Nice adventure through the woods with a super stream alongside.  Despite the five terrain, this one can usually be done on foot during the summer, but you WILL get wet.
