The City is most known for its Oso Creek Trail, Lake Mission Viejo, Saddleback College, The Shops at Mission Viejo, 1994 US Men’s World Cup training site, hosting the 1984 Summer Olympics Men’s individual bike race, and being a home or training location for many Olympians including Greg Louganis, Julie Foudy, Florence Griffith Joyner and Shirley Babashoff.
