Welcome to 2018 Socal caching! Event Cache

Hello geocachers! Ive always wanted to host an event but could never think of a fun idea for one. For this event I want everyone to bring a geocache container to bring to the event (this is not required however recommended). The cache can be a gadget cache, ammo can, peanut butter jar, five gallon bucket, or even simply an alto ids tin it really does not  matter. Bonus points if you bring a cache ready to go with swag and a log book and a pen. There will be a log book when you arrive which you may sign. There will be a bowl with numbers in it based on how many people say they will attend. 15-20 minutes after the event starts 1 by one by one we all will grab a number out of the bowl. Once you have your number, you will find that person who logged in with that number so if you get 3 for example it would be the third person who signed the log book. Once you find your person (I know its confusing I will explain at the event) you take there cache from them. After the event is over you will hide the cache hopefully within one week. The point of this event is to get more geocaches in our area for us. We will also vote on the best cache and a unused trackable will be awarded to that person.
